Transform your professional & private life

THREE DAYS TRANSFORMATIVE EMBODIMENT PRACTICE

Would you love to feel authentic and true to yourself while touching and being touched?

You feel there are many treasures hidden within touch and wish to explore them deeper.

Are there some touch qualities that you deeply appreciate but you rarely experience?

Home in your Touch is an embodied somatic approach, that offers a new perspective on touch, movement and presence.

TO EXPERIENCE TOUCH AS A BEING, NOURISHING and INSPIRING PROCESS

Your unique touch without “should” or “must”, free from past experiences and learnt skills.

As a Touch can invite movement movement can call for touch, movement and touch as special partners.

Touching intimacy by truly resting and sustaining self comfort.

A touch that brings you directly into the present moment.

You will:

  • deepen your anatomical or therapeutic knowledge, sense beyond the physical layers.
  • find yourself in a place of receptivity, of not knowing, empower your own body wisdom.
  • meet with your vulnerability, develop trust and be surprised by your creative body.
  • gain more understanding of the body and mind interconnectedness.
  • experience how body systems support each other.
  • let someone’s attention change the way you sense and move your body.
  • allow someone’s movements & touch affect perception & presence
  • communicate, connect, support yourself and others.

Methods used:

  • Experiential anatomy invites to nurture the mystery of life instead of trying to tame it.
  • Somatic Consent will challenge the dualistic perception of masseur/client, giver/receiver and find ways for accompanying ourselves.
  • Rooted in the earth of conscious touch, Contact Improvisation will emerge as a simple consequence, free of all codes and formats.
  • Visiting the depth of being seen and seeing, without judgment, Authentic Movement will be our ritualistic container.

“I can serve my clients better”
This class helps me to stay connected with what I need at this moment to care for myself, also in my work, as a Shiatsu Practitioner, while giving treatment to my clients.
I trust my intuition, I have more confidence to experiment and I’m finding my unique voice in my profession, and the feedback I am receiving are confirming. Lena Pirklhuber

“It radiates into all my relationships…”
I am more aware of our shared humanity and my shared heritage with all cellular based life.I am more humble and feel more connected in this world of living beings. It radiates into all my relationships- may they be personal, professional or any other sort.At the end of the day I would say it increases my capacity to love. 🙂and to be touched by my surroundings.Marcus Fux

Content:

Day 1 – Earthing presence / Grounding touch.
Cultivate relationship with Earth, body presence, having a sense of volume and self intimacy. Organs as origin of expression, how support precedes movement. How do we truly rest, find confort, and stay kind with ourselves?

Day 2 – Continuum / Fluid touch.
Our body fluids, like rivers and oceans patterning our resting states. Being in a continuous flow of movement, in and out. Cellular breathing, regenerative touch, getting closer to oneself while being in contact.

Day 3/4 – Filled emptiness / Spacious touch.
Finding nourishment through earth, bouncing gravity. Relating with sky, expansion and dilatation, the weight of attention. Body and touch as the bridge, in between, the middle space, connecting earth and sky.

Grégory Chevalier (Fr)

Independent dance artist, somatic educator, choreographer.

Since I started my dancing path, I am concerned with touch. Touch helped me to investigate deeper into somatics and body awareness movement. As a performer, teacher and choreographer, I experience touch as a gateway to sincerely meet with my peers and with the audience. I studied contemporary dance then dived into Contact Improvisation and Somatic work. Since 2012 I have given workshops and retreats internationally in somatic movement, contact improvisation, conscious touch and authentic movement. Choreographer of kitensemble, founder of movingman, artistic director of Kontaktland,
